Couldn’t have been more pleased over our 5 year relationship with JMM from 2013-2018. Headed a 75M repositioning of our Dublin Campus at Friendship Village with great skill and finesse as the project included 50M of new construction across all care levels. Although retired now I would recommend them heartily as they exclusively serve the senior living population and carry an owners viewpoint on quality, efficiency of operation, and management of cost of construction while designing an attractive product for current and future buyers. Organizationally I found the entire team to be professional and centered around our project. Always felt that they were a team member not a vendor or consultant. Additionally were expert at helping us navigate those unforeseen conditions to the success of the residents and the sponsor.
