Amenity Rich Community: CROASDAILE VILLAGE

Croasdaile Village was originally constructed in the mid-90’s to meet the needs of the “Great & Silent Generations” of Raleigh-Durham. While the community served the market well for 20+ years, in 2015 Leadership recognized the need to update all aspects of the sprawling homestead to exceed the expectations of the next generation. Partnered with a hospitality approach, value was placed on overall health & wellness offerings. An extensive master planning process identified new campus housing opportunities, including a unique IL living concept, multi-purpose gathering spaces, a progressive MC program, and expanded on-site dining options. A broad spectrum of vibrant colors were selected to energize key spaces, lighten up finishes, and push the overall aesthetic toward a transitional style. The redesigned, amenity-rich community has improved residents’ well-being and engagement across all levels of care; it has helped foster a positive, nourishing environment where residents, staff, prospective residents and their families will thrive for decades to come.
